3D Flower with Punches

Today I’m going to show you how to make a 3D Flower with flower punches. First, you need a flower punch. I’m using one from CarlaCraft, the flower has 8 long petals with diameter 2.6 cm. I punched 12 flowers using a color photocopy paper. Any paper will do, as long as it’s not too thick. I fold each flower into two, and I did it asymmetrically so it shows all of the petas. Glue 6 of the same folded piece into a round piece of paper. I put more on top of them, and for the last ones, I fold the pieces again into two, and place them on the top. And there is the 3D flower! I joined some of these flowers together and put it as an embellishment for my card. And you don’t have to worry about the flowers or the bulkiness of the card, because when you put the card into an envelope, the flowers will go flat and wouldn’t be ruined. Happy punching!

Hi! This is my first post here, as I decided to make a blog that will fully focus on my craft works.

I finished this butterfly stamp on the day my first ever embossing tools came in the mail. I used white embossing powder from Kuretake, and I don’t think it’s good. It’s cracking everywhere it shouldn’t has to. I guess price does shows quality (I picked up the cheapest one I could find online). Anyways, I made a green – brown one and I made a video showing me making another one in different color (excuse my English in the video).

Supplies : Hero Arts Kraft Notecards, Hero Arts Heart Winged Butterfly, EK Success Corner Rounder, Cosmo Cricket Honey Pie Ribbon Set (scallop one), 100 yen shop ribbons, Signo white gel pen, Kuretake embossing powder + pad, Ranger Vintage Photo Distress Inks, Ranger Kiwi Perfect Pearl
